- 大学毕业生就业难是近年来社会各界广泛关注的焦点，在大学生群体中开展创业教育是解决这一难题的有效途径。针对创业教育实施过程中出现的问题，文章从发展式就业指导理念的强化更新、创业教育在大学生就业指导工作中地位演变的重新审视、大学生创业教育中就业力的倡导及找准创业就业的基本契合点等四个关键点，具体阐述高校应将创业教育合理地嵌入到大学生就业指导的全过程，教育和引导大学毕业生树立正确的就业观念，拓宽就业思路，提高就业的适应性，促进大学毕业生实现充分就业。
- Abstract:
- College students′employment has been widely concerned for long.It is an efficient way to solve the problem by teaching the students to start their own enterprises.This paper suggests that the entre-preneurship education should be embedded into the college students′employment guidance,so as to teach and guide the students to establish a correct employment view,broaden their choices of career,improve their capacity to hunt jobs.Four key points are discussed: the consolidation and renovation of employment guid-ance,a re-examination of the changes of the role the entrepreneurship education plays in employment guid-ance,the proposal of improvement of college students′employment competence and finding the linking point between employment and self employment.
